These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77r7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all services offered by 77r7, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer experiences, bonus programmes, payment processing, and customer support interactions.

Single Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, false identity, or a payment method that does not belong to you, constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Account Security

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prohibited Payment Practices

• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;

General Bonus Conditions

Bonus Abuse

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Prohibited Activities

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 77r7 will notify you by email prior to applying any inactivity fee. An administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided that the balance does not fall below zero.
